Sustainability.
Out of conviction.

Built with respect.
Managed with responsibility.
Lived with heart.

In harmony with nature.

We don't just talk about sustainability.
We live it. 100%.

This place didn’t come about by chance.
It was consciously conceived, sustainably built
and managed with responsibility.

We believe in architecture that blends in.
In the uniqueness of untouched nature.
In hospitality that is genuine.
And to spaces that are good for people.

What drives us

Less show.
More substance.

We didn’t want a noisy holiday park, but a very special place.

With a heart for nature. For people.
For movement in nature.

Naturally built. Clearly designed.
Reduced to what truly matters.

A resort that allows for peace.
That doesn’t decorate nature, but respects it.

And that gives its guests space – without overwhelming them.

Our philosophy is simple:
Quality over quantity. Conscious over arbitrary.

What we mean by that

Sustainability.
Consistently implemented.

We build with local wood.
We insulate with recycled material.
We work with partners we know.

Our chalets are not built on concrete slabs, but on screw foundations. The ground remains permeable, alive, hardly sealed. Less than five percent of the area is permanently sealed.

Inside, we use certified materials without plasticizers, without solvents. Furniture from regional production, natural fabrics like virgin wool and cotton. Clean air through intelligent ventilation systems.

We source 100% renewable energy. Heating and cooling are controlled as needed. Energy only where it is needed.

For us, sustainability means:
Thinking long-term. Acting regionally.
Taking responsibility.

Not because it sounds good.
But because it’s right.

I want to holiday here!

I want to holiday here!

We work behind the scenes.

Being a host is not just a job for us.

A place only feels as peaceful as the people working behind the scenes.
Our team plans, organizes, accompanies – attentively, structured, and with a clear commitment to quality.

We don’t work loudly.
We work reliably.

Many processes run invisibly, so your stay remains effortless.
Personal support, short distances, and direct contacts are a matter of course for us.

Hospitality is not a concept for us.
But a matter of course.
